Fix license (should be Apache 2.0?)

This (and all of the other Qwen-based models) have the “qwen license” on them but Qwen actually released the base model (32B) under Apache 2.0 (e.g., only their 72B and some other models are under the Qwen license).
Shouldn’t this be Apache 2.0 license?
Nvm I saw the “qwen” tag and thought it was the license tag. I now see that the license is MIT
