Question About Access Request for clmbr-t-base

Hi Stanford Shah Lab team,
I recently requested access to StanfordShahLab/clmbr-t-base, but my request was not approved.
I would like to use this model for non-commercial academic research related to clinical EHR representation learning and patient outcome prediction. I have submitted the required CITI verification URL in the access request form.
Could you please let me know if there is anything missing or incorrect in my application? If possible, could you reset my request status so that I can update and resubmit the required information?
